To grant sums by way of bonus or allowance to any such directors or employees or their dependents or connections, and to establish or support, or aid in the establishment and support, of provident and gratuity funds, associations, institutions, schools or conveniences calculated to benefit directors or employees of the Company or its predecessors in business or any companies in which the Company owns a share or shares or the dependents or connections of such persons, to grant pensions and to make payments towards insurance;

（ee）与本公司任何董事或员工或其他公司（经该公司同意批准，本公司持有该公司的股份）签订分红协议以开展公司的业务；奖励或补贴这些董事或员工及其家属或亲属；建立、支持或帮助建立或支持各种有利于本公司、本公司前身或本公司持有股份的公司的董事、员工及其家属或亲属的基金、协会、机构、学校或其他便民机构；对其发放养老金、支付保险费。

 (ff) To sell the business or undertaking of the Company or any part thereof, including any shares, stock, bonds, debentures, mortgages, or other obligations or securities, or any or either of them, patents, trade marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses or authorities or any estate, rights, property, privileges or assets of any kind;

（ff）出售本公司的全部或任何部分业务或担保，包括任何全部或部分的股份、股票、债票、债券、抵押、其他债务或有价证券、专利、商标、商品名、版权、执照、权力或房产、权利、所有物、特权或任何财产。

 (gg) To accept payment for the business or undertaking of the Company or any part thereof, or for any property or rights sold or otherwise disposed of or dealt with by the Company, either in cash, by installments or otherwise, or in shares or bonds of any company, or corporation, with or without deferred or preferred rights in respect of dividends or repayment of capital or otherwise, or by means of a mortgage, or by debentures, debenture stock or mortgage debentures or bonds of any company or partly in one mode and partly in another and generally on such terms as the Company may determine;

（gg）接受公司全部或部分业务或担保的所有开支以及公司出售或处理财产或权利的款项，可以通过现金、分期付款、其他公司或企业分股、债票（无论其在获得股息或偿还股本时是否有递延权或优先权）或其他方式支付，如：任何公司的债券、债券股或抵押债券及债票（可部分为此种方式，部分为另一种方式，但总体上，所有条件均由公司决定）。

(hh) To procure the Company to be registered or recognized in any country or place outside the Colony of Hong Kong;

 (ii) To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue bills of exchange, promissory notes, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments;

 (jj) To distribute any of the property of the Company amongst the Members in specie or otherwise, but so that no distribution amounting to a reduction of capital be made except with the sanction (if any) for the time being required by law;

（jj）在公司股东中按法律所规定的协议照章或以其他方式分配本公司的任何财产或资产，资产赤字时，不能进行分配（除非董事会一致认可）；

 (kk) To do all or any of the above things in any part of the world, and as principals, agents, contractors, trustees or otherwise, and by or through trustees, agents or otherwise and either alone or in conjunction with others;

（kk）以负责人、代理人、承包人、受托人或其他身份，经或通过受托人、代理人或其他人之手，单独或与他人合作，在世界各地实施上述所有或部分事项；

(ll) To do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the above objects or any of them in the said Colony or any place throughout the world.

And it is hereby declared that the words “company” and “corporation” in this clause except where used in reference to this Company, shall be deemed to include any partnership or other body of persons, whether incorporated or not incorporated, and whether domiciled in Hong Kong or elsewhere, and further the intention is that the objects specified in each paragraph of this clause shall, except where otherwise expressed in such paragraph, be independent main objects and be in nowise limited Of restricted by reference to or inference from the terms of any other paragraph or the name of the Company.
